limited options excessive wait
The breakfast lacked variety which i find unacceptable. i observed limited options and the same items presented daily. this became monotonous after several days. i expect more for the price. also, the elevators operation was slow. Wait times were excessive and inconvenient, especially during peak hours. this is quite frustrating.

The staff was really attentive to every need. The location provided easy access to transport links. The availability of complimentary breakfast and snacks was a DELIGHT. The room featured a minibar with free non-alcoholic drinks. A LOVELY treat after exploring.
The building's soundproofing seemed inadequate. I found it a LITTLE noisy. The privileged room I booked had small windows facing a building wall. It lacked a proper view, a DISAPPOINTMENT.

small room slow elevator
I was not happy about a few things. The room was pretty small, I think. No place existed for luggage. It. the elevator was slow. The waiting time was irritating, especially when I was in a rush. They need a second one.

Fantastic stay with AMAZING service!
friendly team great location super clean surface
I found the team friendly. Everyone was smiling! The location is GREAT. The cleanliness was perfect. Fresh linens and super clean surfaces. The rooms are spacious, especially considering it's a city stay. I was very impressed by the well-kept bathroom. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work.
I noticed the building is not very soundproof. It was a little noisy.

Staff members like Emma and Ariel were especially friendly and helpful. The reception staff was always cute and polite. They were really nice too assist with every request and inquiry. I LOVE such dedication.

I found the staff cute and helpful! I especially appreciated the free snacks and drinks available throughout the day. The room was well-kept and actually decorated! The location is convenient, with many restaurants nearby.
The elevator was a bit slow.

The staff was very attentive and greeted guests with a smile! Samar and Hayat received special mention for their really good service . They were always ready to help with any requests.

charming stay
positive attitude fast wifi welcome touch great location
I found the staff always smiling and ready to help. Their positive attitude set a great tone. the fast wifi allowed for easy communication and planning. i appreciated the snacks and drinks available from afternoon to night, a welcome touch. walking to many places became simple due to the great location.
the building structure allowed noise to travel, slightly noisy at times.

Acceptable stay, with notable drawbacks
slow elevator poor soundproofing
The staff were friendly and helpful I appreciated that aspect.
My room faced an interior courtyard offering little natural light it felt quite enclosed. The elevator was slow it often caused delays. The room was not properly soundproofed I could easily hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms.
